O Up foi o primeiro restaurante que visitei dentre mais de 150 participantes dessa edição. Degustei o menu de almoço por 20 dólares que incluia entrada, prato principal e sobremesa: estava tudo delicioso!
Entrada:
Asparagus Soup topped with two year-aged parmigiano reggiano. house-made croutons and baby asparagus spears
Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Artichoke Hearts with truffle aioli
Prato Principal:
Truffle Mushroom Ravioli with soft egg yolk center topped with toasted pine nuts, truffle oil, mushrooms, two year-aged parmigiano reggiano and chives in a beurre blanc sauce
Veal Payard thin grilled veal steak topped with a salad of cherry tomatoes and baby arugula, with balsamic reduction
Seafood Cannelloni lobster, lump crab, prawns, scallops and snapper in an amoricaine sauce and melted italian crucolo cheese
